The beauty in "beauty sleep" starts with a good facial cleanser

It really feels like forever since my last blog post! But I am happy the rebranding is done and that I got so much positive feedback from you guys!

I partnered up with Olay to bring you guys my night routine. You already know that I do not like to put a lot of products on my face and that I like to keep it minimal. So as expected my skin routine is short and simple.

I have a full-time job that keeps me pretty busy, plus a husband, my blog, my YouTube channel, AND I volunteer. So, yeah, I guess you could say my life is pretty hectic but that’s how I like it. I love to stay busy and get things done. I know a lot of you are girl bosses that also love to be active and multitask. This is why it is SO important to have your beauty sleep! One of my favorite things to do is sleep! Not only does replenish and recharges us, but also sleeping is amazing. Period.

As I get older, I have learned that taking care of my skin is one of the most important things I can do. Tiny changes can make a huge difference when it comes to skincare. I honestly don’t have much time for this, which is why I love the Olay Daily Facials Daily Clean 4-in-1 Water Activated Cleansing Cloths for my night time routine because I don’t need multiple cleansers or products to get the job well done. Not does only my skin feel nourished but also clean, fresh and moisturized. Not tightness feeling afterwards! My skin feels so moisturized that I can even go makeup free since the #NoMakeUpRequired look is so in right now.

Olay challenged me to do the blotting test! I have pretty oily skin. So, on day 1 I tried a regular pre-wet makeup remover wipe and used one of those tiny blotting sheets afterwards. My skin still had a bit of oil which is a bummer considering that at the time of going to bed your skin should be clean. On day 2 I used Olay Daily Facials and used the blotting sheet after again. You can totally see the difference! The reason why it’s that these cleansing cloths are 4-in-1: they clean, exfoliate, remove make up and hydrates.

After I clean my face with them, I like to use an eye contour gel for my eyes – because let’s face it, after all I am 31 years old- and a simple lip balm to keep my lips in good shape. After that, a good book, a soft eye mask and night-night!

Have you tried the Olay Daily Facials? Let me know on the comments below what are some of your best tips for your night-time routine.
