Winter Must-Have: The Camel Coat

November went by a little too fast and oh and behold! the 20s are in full swing. It happened in a blink of an eye and I don't think I was entirely ready for it. What I definitively was ready for was to finally find that camel coat I have been looking for years. The difference was that this year I wasn't looking, I thought about it but I had not come around to properly look for the coat other than a couple of Pinterest searches.

I found this amazing camel coat at none other place than Target (duh!) when I went in for a completely unrelated thing.

I guess it's the Target Run syndrome and this is how you end up buying $200 worth of stuff, haha! In case you haven't heard Target has a new line called A New Day. I have been obsessed with it since I first laid eyes on it (since I work at Target I get to see this stuff months in advance!) because every piece it's pretty versatile. This coat for example; I've dressed it up as well as way down and it gives me the exact amount of polished look as I want to without forcing it. It is definitively not Minnesota winter coat but with some layers maybe I can make it work.



I am also pretty picky about the details and my only complaint about the coat is the button. It has only one button which is fine, but I am a little bummed that Target decided to go with such a cheap looking one.

I also scored these pants that I've had my eye on for quite some time but I got them for Black Friday with 30% off! They really are the perfect fit for a high-waisted pair of jeans. Since I am all about staying cozy, this loose sweater felt like the perfect top for this look. Last, but not least my Fossil Q Smart Watch that paired perfectly with the color of the coat.
